[sylpheed:32386] minor bug when marking for move and going to that folder, this during message fetch

In the following configuration:
- "Execute immediately when moving or deleting messages" is unchecked
- getting email action opens an individual status window (i don't
remember where that setting is)

1. This is the working scenrio here:
- move a messge from  folder to other
- go tot that folder
- a popup asks if I agree to process some marked messages
- etc. (unimportant)

2. This works wrong here:
- get email from any or all accounts, but in any case something that
takes some time (getting several messages for example)
- while the program communicates with the server, do everything as
above at 1.
- now the program no longer asks for processing messages (it goes
directly to that folder)
