[sylpheed:31743] Linking to Compose window

I have my browsers - usually Opera, sometimes IE - set up so that when
an email address is clicked Sylpheed opens or comes to the fore. Is
there a way to have the Compose window open with the address inserted
as part of that process?  This is 2.4.6/Win32.
