[sylpheed:31169] Compose Word Wrap Issue

Hiro,
  Since you modified Word Wrap I've noticed a problem in the recent
betas/RC in Win32. It seems to work like this: 

- have a few lines of text in a compose window (normal, reply, forward)
- delete some text from the end of one line without reformatting
- go to the next line and edit some, reformatting there
- did the end of previous line fill in?  It doesn't here
- go back to the previous line and reformat to fill in the end

I'm assuming Word Wrap is not only supposed to work forward in typing,
but also when editing as well.  This problem (or behavior) occurs with
normal alpha/character text, i.e., no hyphens, quotes or any other
symbols. Is there a bug or was it intentional?  Thanks.
