I have the universally hated question: why do you want to do
it?

The only solution that I can propose is rather difficult,
using an external program for sending e-mail, i.e.:

   Configuraton -> Common preferences -> Details ->
   Use external program for sending

My favourite external program for Windows is Blat:

                   https://www.blat.net/

You will need `stunnel' to use Blat with SSL/TLS.
