Don't know? I want to use sylpheed to read Usenet but the only way
I know of to /kill/ the tsunami of spam in the groups is the filter
the subject line with a mother-of-all reg. exp. to catch all that
uppercase craptitude.

I don't think a sylpheed filter is capable of that. I'm
test-driving claws-mail to see if I can get that done with it.

Too bad, because I prefer sylpheed! Thx for the input!
