[sylpheed:36898] Gmail throttling?

Hello to everybody,

Sylpheed can no longer access my Gmail account. In the "Protocol
log" I see [THROTTLED] mark, a parting:

    BYE [OVERQUOTA] Account exceeded command or bandwidth limits.

and an error in SSL_peek(): https://pastebin.com/raw/Yvyhp9FQ  .

Has anybody had this annoyance, and has anybody an idea what I am
to do?
