[sylpheed:36798] Proposal: rename the Template menu to Templates

Hello, all

I propose to improve the English translation of Sylpheed by
renaming the "Template..." menu to "Templates..." to make it
analogous with the plural form in "Common preferences..."
and "Filter settings..."  That menu, after all, is for the
management of many templates, not a single one.
