[sylpheed:36735] Respect filters in NNTP accounts

Hiroyuki,

in  light  of  the recent irruption of spammers into
Usenet, I ask again for  a  kill-file  functionality
for Sylpheed's NNTP accounts.  In order not to bloat
the interface with new menus and windows, I  suggest
to enable the existing filters, available in

   Configuration->Filter settings ,

to work with NNTP accounts.

I  use  Sylpheed as my primary NNTP client, and even
this message I have posted through Gmane's NNTP  in-
terface.
