[sylpheed:36550] BUG: comma in encoded name part of email address

Hi all!

The following bug (present at least in version 3.5.1) is somewhat
annoying:

A name+address with non ASCII characters like
"Dø, John" <john at doe.com>
is not (always?) handled correctly (when replying e.g.). Namely, the
quotation marks can get stripped. That's most probably due to the name
part being QP-encoded and thus looking innocent enough as to not
needing quotation.

Any hints?
