	It's been a long time since I set mine up and I no longer recall
how I did it (the menus and dialogues have changed anyway). It seems that
now the only way to do it is to open up the "Edit accounts" dialogue and
hit the "Add" button in there - this gives you an edit screen with all
the options open.

	I think some interface changes may have made it harder than it
should be, the create new account route doesn't work.
