[sylpheed:36427] How to configure NNTP server?

Hi. I failed to configure Sylpheed as a news reader. Strange, but creating 
new account, the first dialog lists only POP3 and IMAP choice (including gmail). 

Then I created some fake mail account and tried to change the protocol in the 
"Edit accounts" dialog to NNTP. But all protocol options, except POP3 was disabled.

What I am doing wrong? Or I need some plugins or something?
