[sylpheed:36281] 2nd try: Time to remember passphrase

Hello Hiroyuki and others,

I've asked this already last year (Wed, 23 Jul 2014).
I've got no reaction. So I ask again:

My sylpheedrc (version 4.4.2) contains 
                       store_passphrase=1
                       store_passphrase_timeout=30

But this seems not to work as desired.
I wrote 2 mails within 20 minutes and was asked again for the passphrase
when sending the second mail.

Can anyone confirm my observation?
And if yes, can this bug be fixed, please.
