[sylpheed:36305] Sylpheed 3.5beta3 and 3.4.3 coming soon

Hello,

Sylpheed 3.4.3 (stable) and 3.5beta3 (development) will be released soon.

There are no big feature improvements, but they contains some important fixes.

If 3.5beta3 has no critical problem, (3.5RC and) 3.5 stable will also be
available in a short time.

P.S. Sorry for not being able to make frequent release recently.
     I will try to improve it.
