[sylpheed:36166] Suggestion: Stop retrieval option

Hi,

I have a good number of IMAP accounts set (whole family) and
sometimes I need to stop the process of account checkings. The only
way I have to "stop" it is to force Sylpheed to work offline. And I
wrote it between quotes, because that doesn't stop the process. After
that it starts to show an error for every account you set up and is
left to check.

I think would be interesting to have an option to stop the whole
process, because you can't even close Sylpheed. It's almost locked
when retrieval starts.
