[sylpheed:36152] building Sylpheed on Linux Mint 17

Linux Mint 17 Cinnamon both 32 and 64 bit versions
Sylpheed 3.5.0beta1

I am able to build Sylpheed using the following:

sudo apt-get -y install build-essential # essential
sudo apt-get -y install libgtk2.0-dev # 50 files!
sudo apt-get -y install libgtk-3-dev # 4 more files
sudo apt-get -y install curl # sylpheed 2 files
sudo ./configure -prefix="/usr"
sudo make
sudo make install

It is running great.
