[sylpheed:36030] [Bug 3066] Use overlay icons to get a native system (theme) integration

Hello,

I was wondering whether subscribers of this list would be interested in
bug report #3066[0] (Claws Mail), and would like to help in solving it.

The above report is an enhancement that suggests to adjust every icon
of Claws-Mail/Sylpheed to correspond and use FreeDesktop.org
icon-naming-spec[1], mostly by overlaying one icon over another, just
as software like Blueman, Nautilus, Thunar and more others do.

I have attached an incomplete and undetermined list of combinations.
