[sylpheed:36133] Time to remember passphrase

Hallo,

there must be a bug in passphrase handling :-(

My sylpheedrc contains 
                       store_passphrase=1
                       store_passphrase_timeout=30

But this seems not to works as desired.
I wrote 2 mails within 20 minutes and was asked again for the passphrase
when sending the second mail.

Can anyone confirm my observation?
And if yes, can this bug be fixed, please.

PS: The use of encryption increases due to Edward Snowden.
