[sylpheed:36135] [patch] run sylpheed minimized

hi list, hi hiroyuki

i wrote a little patch which add option "run minimized". when this option is on and tray
icon is used sylpheed doesn't show his main window on startup

this patch works well for me under linux with svn version and both stable and development
releases
