 Yes, icons cannot be changed once the binary is compiled. I
 don't know
 what it would take to enable them to be changed after
 compilation, but
 I suspect it would be a lot of work.

Just putting in an option in the source code to read from some specified directory (with a default) would not be enough? Dear Hiroyuku, could you please let us know? Thanks!
