[sylpheed:35680] Make Sylfilter portable on windows?

Hi there, new user here and enjoying Sylpheed a lot.
My question is if there is any way to make Sylfilter write its database to the local directory, instead of C:\Users\(user name)\AppData\Roaming\SylFilter ?
