/usr/lib/sylpheed/plugins/attachment_tool.so seems to be compiled using
Sylpheed 3.1.x (263), but Sylpheed application is 3.0.2 (260).

Application version must be equal to or greater than plug-in version.

Recompile attachment_tool.so using 3.0.x, or upgrade Sylpheed to 3.1.x.
