[sylpheed:35188] Please make an option to don't mark messages as read when clicked on it

Hi all,

Very strange to me after installing Sylpheed and having that kind of experience
that clicking on every mail makes it marked as read.

First of all, most Mail Clients have that option and it's widely used
especially if you have more than 1 mail per day
and you can't answer, proceed that mail just in 5 sec after opening it.

Second, it is always nice to have programs working as they promise to.

Message can be marked as read ONLY in the case if it was really READ.
And there is NO possibility to recognise it automatically. Why should
we pretend we can do
what we can't?

If some one really need that feature why not honestly say that it
would be "marked as clicked" function
which it really is!

Currently, this mail client is NO GO for production use.



May be there is a way to change this situation?
