The problem is that the linked URL ends on a /:

http://sourceforge.jp/projects/sylpheed/downloads/56319/sylpheed-3.2.tar.bz2/

I guess not-so-picky browsers don't have a problem with this, but
Firefox doesn't like it ;)  (quite rightly - URLs ending on a / are
directories)
