I'm running CentOS 5.4. I have had the following installed:

openssh-4.3p2-72.el5_7.5.x86_64
openssh-askpass-4.3p2-72.el5_7.5.x86_64
openssh-clients-4.3p2-72.el5_7.5.x86_64
openssh-server-4.3p2-72.el5_7.5.x86_64


Do I need the development RPMs installed, too?
