[sylpheed:35113] completely remove after compiled with Xcode (on a Mac)

Hi,
how could I remove sylpheed after installing (compiling with Xcode from source code) completely from my MacBookPro?

Which files must I delete too?

sylpheed self are in /usr/local/bin

more I found
/usr/local/share/sylpheed

and in the /usr/local tree I found some files with  sylpheed in the name, but are other libs compiled too?

I want to completely remove it all.

PS: I want to use sylpheed runnig under Crossover!
