I'm in the sylpheed folder.  If I am supposed to do it in another folder it would be really nice to say that in the INSTALL file.

Usually most projects have you create a build directory and you can ccmake .. if you need to configure then you cmake and make.  At least that is what I am acustom to.  Which folder am I suppose to be in to build?
