I have looked for several opensource bug tracking systems, such as
Trac, Mantis, Redmine, etc.

I am trying Redmine, which is based on Ruby on Rails, because I
liked the user interface. It's a bit difficult to install, and not
available yet.

I will annouce when it becomes available.
