[sylpheed:34510] FAQ 2.35 -- works on linux too

Hello all,

I'd like to suggest a fix for the FAQ entry 2.35:

    How do I change the location of user profile
              directory under Windows?

An  identical  procedure works pretty well on linux,
so I think the question should be renamed to

    How do I change the location of user profile
                     directory?

and the answer modified accordingly, to reflect  all
platforms.
