We had this request a few times on the list, but it didn't make it yet, I think.
(... but Hiro promised, that it's on the ToDo-list, [sylpheed:31325] ;-)

Anyways, you might try clawsxml2csv.pl from here:
http://www.claws-mail.org/tools.php
to convert the xml-file of the address book into csv.
