[sylpheed:34443] attachment window encoding bug (?)

Hi,

 I'm using Sylpheed 3.0.1.

 When there are non-ASCII (Turkish) characters in the filename of the
attachment, in the summary window, I see "UNKNOWN_PARAMETER_VALUE" in
the name field of the attachment window.

 If the characters ( and ) are in the filename of the attachments, the
filename is cut short in the same field.

 However the message pane shows the attachment names correctly, so does
the attachment window inside the compose window.

 I've attached 4 screenshots of the behavior I described above.
