[sylpheed:34242] Sylpheed Should Warn If Received Message Exceeds Size Limit

Hello,

My receive size limit is set at the default of 1024kB. Someone sent me
an email file attachment that exceeded this limit. Sylpheed just
silently ignored this message and left it on the server. I had no
indication that it was there.

Sylpheed should warn the user that a message is available that exceeds
the receive size limit. The user could then decide to download the message
from the server or not. If Sylpheed issues no warning or indication then
the user will never know that a message has been sent and still exists on
the server.
