[sylpheed:33938] Automatic control / smarter setup

I wish Sylpheed before showing error 550 [after adding account, during first sending], it one time, automatically, actives (does check) 

  'Account Prefences' > 'Send' > 'Authentication' > 'SMP AUTH' 

to solve most common problem. (error wich usually does not seen with other email client applications)
