[sylpheed:33783] New account setup minor glitches

Hi!

While working on update for Sylpheed FAQ, I've spotted some minor glitches
regarding the recently implemented new account setup (the account
configuration assistant/wizard).

Firstly, in the first step of the assistant, it provides user with the
possibility to setup account for POP3, IMAP4 or Gmail account, however, the
option for creating a send-only (local) account is missing. Thus the
assistant is quite useless in this case and user has to go to
Configuration->Edit accounts... +Add, which is not very intuitive in my
opinion.

Secondly, text and the related input field don't fit in the window area on
the following dialog (it might be due to different screen DPI setting):
