[sylpheed:33775] [PATCH] use xdg-open

Hi,

 Attached is a patch for Sylpheed to use xdg-open by default to open a
browser when clicked on an url.

 xdg-open is the freedesktop standard for opening url's, it opens the
user's preferred browser.

 Currently a specific browser/executable is specified which may or may
not work on some systems.

 Credit goes to H. Ibrahim Gungor <h.ibrahim.gungor at gmail.com>, I'm
