[sylpheed:33765] Redirect with Sent Emails

3.0.0/Win32.  Wasn't Redirect modified in an earlier version so that
with emails previously sent the program puts in the recipient's
address, as well as allowing editing?  In the new version, I'm finding
the To: field blank and the email body doesn't allow any reediting.  It
works correctly with an email received from someone else, and I thought
it also did with my own emails in the beta versions.
