Sylpheed doesn't render HTML but the HTML content is available as an
attachment.  Double click on the attachment and it will open your
browser if you really need to see the HTML.

Usually a text version of the HTML is also supplied.  Some mail client
(I think it's Outlook screws up the headers, and the email appears to
have no content.  Then you have to "View -> Message Source to see it.
