[sylpheed:34329] Sylpheed 3.1.0 beta 4/Win32 crashes

  Beta 4/Win 32 crashes about 10 seconds after opening, repeatedly. 
  Rebooted just to be sure.  A screenshot of the error box is at

 Please re-post Beta 3!
