Perhaps I wasn't clear enough, but that's what I was trying to say the
other day. Right now focus goes to the first marked (bolded) email,
which in the case of chronological ordering top to bottom is the oldest
one, if you have some already-read emails marked.  Getting new, unread
email as the focus is an issue I've raised before. Hopefully, a number
of us requesting it will get us there.
