Not necessary.  It's GnuPG 2.0.12 jumping ahead with a check for
a feature provided within gpg-agent but _not_ within seahorse-agent.
Seahorse will need to catch up with GnuPG 2.0.12.

You managed to ignore the important detail in my previous reply:
seahorse-agent (not gpg-agent). The rest is explained in the bz
ticket which I had linked.

Btw, I'm using gpg-agent successfully for a long time.
