On Windows, paste vith Crtl+Ins will fail (as described), but Ctrl_V
will work ok.
As I always use Ctrl+Ins for pasteing, it means it never work for me :)

(but in Sylpheed the Undo is generally broken anyway, so I avoid to use
it, inspite the real need in daily computer work)
