hello,

same problem here for months :) :(

I think it has something to do with the scroller position update.

It happens if:

  -- scroller is moved with mouse wheel 
     ( I cannot reproduce if I drag the scrollbar with left mouse or moved with keyboard )

  -- scroller is at the bottom end, i.e. bottom arrow is gray
     ( I cannot reproduce if scrollbar is moved bit up so the bottom arrow is active )

I believe second is somehow connected with the first, i.e. scrollbar position does not 
update for a reason.

If someone can confirm this behaviour, perhaps, would be easier to fix this.
