[sylpheed:33447] Making update check hidden through configuration

Hi!

How about making a configure option to remove/show the "Update check"
menuitem? This would help distro-packagers, who probably want the users
to update through the distros package-manger. (And it probably wouldn't
work anyway, unless running sylpheed as root.)
