[sylpheed:33445] Adding ltmain.sh to svn:ignore property + question about using git.

Hi,

I am playing a bit with sylpheed code to see if I can come up with some
patches, can you please add ltmain.sh to svn:ignore property? It gets
updated by autogen.sh in my case.

On an unrelated side note, Hiro-san have you ever considered using git
for sylpheed? It is so much handy.
