[sylpheed:32731] Incomplete URLs

Some emails with links come with incompletely highlighted URLs, at least
as seen from within Sylpheed (Win32, 2.6.0b2).  Is that a function of
the way Sylpheed handles them or the way the sender sets them up?  One
example where I've asked and they insist the URL is going out correctly
is the following:

It's the last part, starting with the Greek(?) letter that doesn't
highlight.  Thanks.
