That is not really a reason. If you have an external
Window Manager with X11 or an integrated Window Manager
with Win32 for example, what the heck.

The only real difference is that for the X11 Window Managers are
only hints. The WM can execute them or not.

But even on Linux i want Sylpheed to have all windows maximized.
