[sylpheed:32460] timestamps in --debug mode?

I know the protocol log has timestamps, but it appears that the --debug output does not.  That might be a useful addition for trying to identify/isolate network issues that occur BEFORE the protocol log is started or for things that aren't necessarily protocol related.

Any thoughts?
