That belongs to glib2.

GtkSpell 2.0.13 has found its way into Fedora development and is
included unpatched:

$ rpm -q gtkspell gtk2 glib2 enchant sylpheed
gtkspell-2.0.13-1.fc10.i386
gtk2-2.13.2-1.fc10.i386
glib2-2.17.0-1.fc10.i386
