[sylpheed:32402] Build errors with gtkspell >= 2.0.12

Hi,

since gtkspell 2.0.12, the command
pkg-config --libs gtkspell-2.0
does not longer return the aspell library flags. This causes linker
errors when building sylpheed because it depends directly on aspell.

So, sylpheed's configure.in should explicitly check for aspell.h and
libaspell and add aspell's linker flags ("-laspell").
