You're correct. I have changed the implementation of IMAP folder scan
to use 'LIST "" "*"' instead of 'LIST "" "%"' at 2.4.6.
It seems to break compatibility with some IMAP servers.

I'm not sure which is correct, but I'll fix it anyway.
