[sylpheed:31995] Recognizing Filters file in Win32

Please excuse if this is a repeat, as I had email sending problems yesterday.  I have one thing left after recovering from a computer crash: How do I get Sylpheed (2.4.8/Win32) to recognize the Filters file?  The current one had turned empty, so I copied a recent one from the imapcache folder, but Sylpheed isn't recognizing it.  Any suggestions? Thanks.
